Inspection by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW)
On the 9th April, Rowan Care was subjected to our annual inspection by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). We are pleased that we received a compliant rating. The CIW only grade services as compliant or non-compliant. Martin said that “the inspecting officer was very pleased with the new format of Person Centred Plans that were designed to meet the new standards”.
