- All staff have a full, enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check. All staff complete a Training Induction Programme within twelve weeks of their employment.
- All staff are qualified, or are working towards, as a minimum, Quality Care Foundation (QCF) Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- All staff complete a full range of mandatory training courses including: First Aid, Basic Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene.
